How to Perform The Exercises
Here is a quick explanation of every exercise you’ll be doing in this challenege and how to execute them the right way.
Start by laying on the ground with knees bent at 90-degree angle. Now place your hands behind your head. Do not interlock your fingers.
Now, tighten your abs by sucking your belly towards your spine and finally use your abs to lift your shoulder blades off the floor and finally lower back to your starting position.
